钢衬四氟 (PTFE) 模压设备 / 容器是将聚四氟乙烯粉料填入钢体内壁，放入等静压釜仓内加高水压定型，再用液压机压紧填充料后经烧结后而成的产品。

产品特性

①在强腐蚀介质正压工况条件下，使用温度范围在 -60℃ ~180℃。

②等静压釜仓内水压压力可达到 30MPa，再用液压机压紧填充料，使聚四氟乙烯的密度接近极限值，抗渗透性能极好。

③钢件和聚四氟乙烯粉料在等静压釜仓内受到的高水压内外均匀一致，不会引起钢件变形；聚四氟乙烯衬里层与钢体紧密结合在一起，在烧结和使用过程中不易变形。
