钢衬 F40 设备 / 容器有滚塑成型和静电喷涂二种加工工艺。滚塑成型是将 F40 粉料加入钢件内壁后回转加热而成的产品；静电喷涂是在高电压下，用静电喷涂枪将 F40 粉料喷涂到钢件内壁后再回转加热而成的产品。

产品特性

①在强腐蚀介质工况条件下，使用温度范围在 -60℃ ~180℃。

②抗张强度高，伸缩寿命长，拉伸强度好，可达到 50MPa。

③附着力强，使用温度范围在 -60℃ ~180℃，可在负压工况条件下使用。

④静电喷涂加工工艺可以加工形状复杂的钢件。
