Product details

Steel-lined plastic composite pipe series
The steel-lined plastic composite pipe is a high-performance anti-corrosion and wear-resistant pipe. Its structure is divided into two layers inside and outside, the outer layer is steel body, the inner liner layer in contact with the corrosive medium is plastic, and the two ends are equipped with steel flanges. It is characterized by good corrosion resistance and good mechanical strength of steel. According to the production process, it can be mainly divided into the following categories:

Steel-plastic rolling lining (PE, PO) composite pipe
The steel rolled composite pipe adopts a hot rolling lining process to combine the plastic and the steel body to form a firm and uniform lining with a thickness of 2 mm to 10 mm on the working surface.
Features: The structure and shape of the workpiece are not limited, and any irregular special parts can be made to facilitate installation under various working conditions. The inner liner is tightly combined with the steel pipe to significantly enhance the negative pressure resistance. The large-diameter workpiece is lined with a steel mesh to fully ensure adhesion and adhesion.

Steel Roller (PE, PO) Container
The inner wall of the steel lining container is welded with a steel wire mesh. After being blasted and rusted, the powder is evenly rolled on the inner wall of the container by rotating and heating, and the heat is melted into one body, and uniformly cooled after being leveled and cooled. It coalesces on the inner surface of the container, has good overall strength, does not delaminate, and can be used for a long time under a small negative pressure condition.
Features: The inner liner is resistant to impact, anti-static, non-toxic, can replace stainless steel and lead-like, titanium, enamel, rubber and other similar products, its cost-effective, widely used in large equipment and complex shaped parts.

Applications
Chemical industry: process tubes and discharge pipes for the transportation of corrosive gases, liquids and solid powders in the industries of acid, alkali and salt, fertilizers, pesticides, chemicals, rubber and plastics.
Power engineering: process water return water transport, water, waste slag, fly ash transport.
Smelting industry: the transportation of corrosive media in metal smelting.
Mining industry: mineral powder, slurry, slag, tailings discharge, backfilling, ventilation, gas drainage and spray spraying.
Pharmaceutical industry: transporting various corrosive media, sewage and wastewater.
Oilfield gas fields: oily sewage, gas field sewage, oil and gas mixture, oil recovery and gathering process pipeline.
Agricultural sprinkler irrigation: deep well pipes, filter pipes, culvert pipes, drain pipes, irrigation water pipes.
Municipal industry: urban building water supply, drinking water, fire water, heat network backwater, gas, natural gas transportation, highway buried drainage and green belt irrigation.
